In 2017, a group of farmers in Gaitania Village, Ataco, Tolima, came together to form the Association of Agricultural Producers and Marketers of Santiago Pérez (ASOSPAC). What began as a local project has grown into a non-profit association of 57 producers focused on specialty coffee.
Their goal is straightforward: support their members, improve quality, and create fairer conditions for the next generation of coffee growers. All of our producers are certified Organic and Fairtrade, reflecting a shared commitment to better practices and better prices. When you drink ASOSPAC coffee, you’re supporting a community that values the land, the people who work it, and the future of rural coffee farming in Colombia.
