Subscriptions

Get your coffee on subscription and skip the hassle of reordering.

1: Choosing the right coffee

Only coffees in our "Signature Blends" series are available on subscription.  This may seem like a odd limitation, but it's an important part of making sure you always get the same coffee, and same quality, in every bag.  Single origin and FTO coffees are not offered on subscription due to frequent variations in availability.  You can see the list of all the coffees available for subscription here.

2: Starting a subscription

Starting a subscription is a lot like placing a regular order.  On our Signature Blend coffees, you'll see an option for "One Time Purchase" or "Subscription" just above the "Add To Cart" button.  Clicking on "Subscription" will reveal another option where you can select the delivery interval.  Options are deliveries every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks.  Once you've selected the delivery interval you prefer, simply click "Add to Cart" and that subscription service will be added to your cart.

Choosing more than one coffee:

Perhaps you would like one bag of Red River Espresso and one bag of Lady Bird, delivered once every two weeks.  You would first add a subscription for Red River to your cart, then add a subscription for Lady Bird to your cart, and finally, proceed to checkout.

3: Checking out with a subscription

Subscription items in your cart will show up as "(coffee name) Auto Renew" - for example: "Lady Bird Auto Renew" - indicating the automatically renewing subscription order.  You can checkout with a cart that contains both one-time purchases and subscriptions, and only the items labeled "Auto Renew" will be setup as recurring subscription orders.

When checking out with a subscription, the process is essentially identical to regular checkout with one difference: you'll notice the URL will change from austinroastingcompany.com to rechargeapps.com.  RechargeApps is one of the largest providers of subscription management services for online retailers and their services are trusted by major brands.

4: Managing, editing or canceling your subscriptions

To manage and edit your subscriptions, you'll need to be logged in to your account at austinroastingcompany.com.  Once logged in you'll see your account page, or click on "My ARC" in the top page to go there.  In your account page, click on "Manage Subscriptions" to see a list of which coffee you're receiving on subscription.  You can change the quantity of coffee, the delivery interval, or cancel the subscription from there.
