How do I place an order via web, email, or fax?
To order coffee the best method is to order through our secure website. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Americn Express, and PayPal. If you have concerns about ordering over the internet please call us directly at 512.751.2272 and we will process your order over the phone.
When will my order be delivered?
At this time we are currently roasting two days per week. We roast, pack, and ship all orders received by 6:00AM CST every Monday and Thursday.
If I order coffee delivered once a month, when will it ship? Twice?
Orders that repeat every month will ship the first Monday of each month. If you ordered twice per month it will be shipped the third Monday of every month.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally. Currently we will ship up to 4lbs at a time using priority mail from the USPS
Is is safe to use my credit card for online sales?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.To ensure the security of your transaction we take every precaution by using SSL encryption of all website traffic through GeoTrust and payment processing services via Authorize.net.
How do I change my billing or shipping preferences?
If you need to change your account preferences please click here. Once logged in you may change billing, shipping, or password settings. You may also use our convenient reorder system to repeat your previous order.
How do I repeat my last order?
To repeat a previous order you must login to your account by
clicking here. Once logged click on "Order History" and you should see a list of previous orders. Click "Reorder" next to the desired order.
